Meet My Niece

I am very excited to introduce Adelaide!  I debated on whether or not to post these pictures.  I should have asked permission, but I hate to bother the new parents.  Then, my sister posted her own pictures and wrote about her birth, so I am hoping this post will not do any harm.  (Erin or Sean: if you want me to take this down, just tell me.)

 

I am so lucky that I got to meet Adelaide on her birthday.  I even got to see her again about a week later.  Being an aunt is a big deal.  I think it is an honor and I cannot wait to get to know her better.   I hope I am a fun aunt!

 

My sister and her husband are doing great!  My sister was showered and cleaning the house when we visited!  She will also be back to size 0 in record time I am sure.  

 

Anna has not had a chance to meet her cousin yet but I am sure she will be super excited.  If nothing else, she has learned the word 'baby' so we can look forward to her saying 'baby' over and over and over again while we visit.
