We have a water park down the street and around the corner from us.  It is super close and I pass by it everyday on my way to work.  So, I was really excited when we finally went there this weekend.  And... it actually held up to my expectations!

I was really surprised that there was so much for Anna to do.  They had a kiddie lagoon, a splash zone, and a kiddie pool with a couple of small slides.  Anna loved the splash zone with the water tables.  She also loved running in and out of the lagoon.

Kyle loved the splash zone as well.

The place was really clean and did not feel overly crowded.  It was our first 90 degree weekend, so I was expecting far worse.  We could not find chairs to spread out on, but we spent most of our time in the water, so it was not an issue.

I only have two complaints (I know, I need to find something wrong with everything).  1.  It was pricey.  Anna was free but Kyle and I were $15 each.  2.  They do not allow you to bring your own food and drinks (except water and baby food).  Their food was fine, but it was an added expense.

I think we will be back.  The $30 just might be worth Anna sleeping so soundly that night.

  1. She looked like she was having a blast! So nice that it's so close to home...not a bad price either. Magic Waters (here) is over $20 per adult...ridiculous!

  2. I think she loved it. It's too bad you can't bring food but I don't think the price was too bad.
