My sister threw me a wonderful baby shower with the most wonderful theme for this travel-loving, geographer. You can see all of the highlights here and here.
I just wanted to say thank you very much to everyone that was involved. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. I know a lot of effort went into the decorations and the food. I also know that some very important people took time out of their busy schedules to come and enjoy the day, and those that could not come still managed to send fantastic gifts. I get all teary-eyed when I think about how many special people I have in my life and I am just very thankful (and very emotional, can you tell?).
