Kid President

I know I am late to the Kid President parade, but I have to post this video anyway, just in case I am not the only one.

The power went out today at work for an hour or so.  Some people read by window-light, some people played garbage can basketball, I watched the video below on my phone.  Over and over.

Anna Dancing

This is what I did today, instead of cleaning my house for upcoming visitors or writing my term paper that is due in two weeks.

Anna loves to dance.  It is like her body cannot help itself.  As soon as music comes on, her body just starts moving.  Of course I think it is the cutest thing ever, although I am not sure shaking her booty with her hand in the air is the most appropriate dance.  Kyle must have taught her that.

Also, I really need to work on my video-taking skills.

Ellen's Dance Dares

While on maternity leave I watched a lot of TV.  In short, daytime TV sucks.  However, I love The Ellen Show and watched it religiously.  One of my favorite things she does are dance dares, where she asks her viewers to dance behind people without them knowing.  So funny.

Bill Cosby: Childbirth

My aunt recommended I watch this clip from Bill Cosby's Himself (1983).  It is a long clip, but well worth it.  I may just have to Netflix the rest of the show. 

I cannot say this video helps my nerves regarding childbirth, but I hope I can laugh about it when it is all over as Mr. Cosby does.

Changing My Mood

I have not been in the best of moods lately.  I do not why but over the past few months I have gotten too negative.  I need to make a conscious choice to be happier.  I need to focus on the positive rather than the negative, and I think Jessica’s daily routine is a good way to start.
